VIDEO: Man Armed With Knife Robbed Orland Park Gas Station

Orland Park police are searching for a man who held up the Mobil Gas Station at LaGrange Road and 143rd Street Saturday night.

A man armed with a knife robbed an Orland Park gas station Saturday night, and attacked an employee in the process. The Orland Park Police Department was called about an armed robbery at the Mobil Gas Station, 14300 LaGrange Road, around 9:50 p.m. A store clerk said a man with a knife stepped up to the counter and demanded money, according to a release from the Orland Park Police Department. Surveillance video shows the man pointing a knife at the clerk as he collects money. The robber then took the undisclosed amount of money, and lunged at the clerk with the knife.
