Tinley Park has become a hot spot for college campuses even with the impending demise of Sanford-Brown College. Chamberlain College of Nursing is the latest institution of higher education to settle in Tinley Park at 18624 W. Creek Drive in the same building at DeVry University. The Tinley location is the 13th campus for the school, which has been training nurses for 122 years. The campus will offer bachelor of science of nursing degrees and offers year-round study. Students could earn degrees in three years. The college features nursing skill labs, a coronary care unit, an obstetrics area, pediatric beds, two general skills labs and a health assessment lab.
