This Week's Pet: A Whole Lot of German Shepherd to Love
Looking for an adorable canine companion? One look into Guiness' big, brown eyes and we bet you're sold.
Take a moment and get to know Guiness. The 3-year-old German Shepherd mix came to PAWS in early August, after his owners lost their home. They were forced to surrender this big guy (he's 85 pounds of pure fur, fun and love). Guiness is a little picky about the canine company he keeps; he doesn't get along with every dog, staff says. He scored well in temperament tests, though, and some say he might just prefer to be an "only dog." He's quite cuddly, laidback and loves people. Cuddly, older cat Melissa is still looking for a home, as are plenty of other great animals.
