ReplyJust spoke with Joe LaMargo about this and he said that in a situation where there is a conflict, such as an intergovernmental agreement with the village, KTJ would not handle those negotiations for D135. There are other attorneys for different needs, such a PTAB cases, and that's been the case as long as I've been out here. LaMargo also added that KTJ was taken on due to several decades of experience representing school boards.

The original notice from police didn't mention a van, just that officers responding to the scene found him. I'm checking into it.

Having spent time with this family, I can assure you this is Annalyn's choice. It was her choice to decide to run the full marathon. And having spoken with her after today's marathon, I can also tell you she's very happy with her decision to do so. She does this because she is having fun.
