Let me introduce myself, my name is Lynne Donegan, and I’ve been a resident of Orland Park for over 15 years. I have been married for over 20 years and have two young children that are embedded in Orland 135 schools. My purpose in blogging for the Patch is to write about all things heart-healthrelated.  While I realize that statement may sound limited, frankly, it can be far-reaching. If you think about it, your whole being revolves around the largest muscle in your body. There are many internal factors which can affect your heart such as heredity, diabetes, and cholesterol; to outside factors, such as loss of job, home, business, or divorce; which nowadays is far too common and scary. My focus will be primarily stories of the heart (no pun intended).
