Thanks Josh, Sheryl and Pete. It has been an honor to cover these everyday heroes! I tell everyone, I have been to a lot of places but you will not find people ANYWHERE like you do in Chicago Heights, they truly care about helping others and the community, I look forward in continuing the tradition.

ReplyLa Fajita Grill is right next to Ace Hardware on 167th & Oak Park ave. The owner makes sure all the food is handmade and fresh. The meat used is grade A, I've been going to LaFajita Grill for 4 years, never had a bad taco! 5 stars.

ReplyCalvary Church in Orland Park has success in helping the addicted. They have a new Recovery service at 5PM on Saturdays as well as a Recovery Class at 7pm on Mondays. Also faith based Teen Challenge Chicago live in program accepts men over the age of 18, their phone number is 773-772-2211. There is help out there, you have to network to find what works for the individual.
