Fall Cooking Demo at Palos Health & Fitness Center
Palos Health & Fitness Centers next cooking demo will be held Thursday, Oct. 17th. Chef Seth Aubuchon, graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute of Health & Healing in New York City, will teach us how to cook with fall produce, including kale, a variety of squash and apples. Our very own PHFC registered dietitian, Eileen Conneely, will discuss nutritional content throughout the program.
Enjoy a taste of each dish prepared and leave with a recipe for all samplings.
