Spooktacular Cupcake Wars

Orland Park Public Library, Neighbor

Bring out the "ghoul-whip"! Participants will be given 60 minutes and an unfrosted cupcake to create a spooky masterpiece. Prizes awarded to winners. Registration not necessary, but space is limited. Open to grades 9-12.
