Patch's Guide to the 2013 Taste of Orland Park

August approaches and that means one thing for Orland Park. The 2013 Taste of Orland Park is almost upon us.

Orland Park Patch has what you'll want to know about bands and performance schedules, food served by vendors and other fun to be had. Special rides and programs will be held for the children during Kids' Day on Saturday. A car show will be held on Sunday, talent competitions and there's even bingo.

The event takes place 5 p.m.-11 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, 1 p.m.-11 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3 and 1 p.m.-9 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 4 in front of Frederick T. Owens Village Hall and the Orland Park Civic Center. The Main Stage will be on the south end of the village greens, and the Community Stage will be at the amphitheater west of Village Hall and north of the Civic Center.
