New Trash Carts and Weekly Recycling Coming
Orland Park's new contract with Waste Management is going into effect, which means new trash containers for residents and the start of weekly recycling.
Orland Parkers will start getting new trashcans from Waste Management in the next week.
The refuse collecting company will be distributing 96-gallon and 64-gallon grey trash containers with wheels to village households starting on the south side and moving north, according to an announcement from the village.
Green bins will still be used for yard waste and blue bins will still be for recycling.
