Gridiron Golf Classic Gives Back!

The Orland Park Gridiron Golf Classic held its annual check presentation at the Sandburg Eagles Homecoming football game Friday night.  Recipients of this year's successful outing were given to the Sandburg and Orland Park Pioneer football programs, as well as Misericordia and Erin's AAIM. 

The Gridiron Golf Outing is held at the end of June each year and provides financial support to both the Sandburg and Pioneer football programs.  Much needed funds support player safety through the purchase of new equipment, jerseys, and coaches' training.  In addition, the event helps support Sandburg's Varsity football team by supporting a portion of the cost for its summer training camp. This year's team travelled to Illinois Wesleyan University for collegiate-level training and development.
