Orland Township's pet pantry is running low on supplies, and is seeking donations.

“Crashy’s Closet,” Orland Township’s Pet Pantry, provides food and supplies for local pets and families in need.

The Pet Pantry relies on the generosity of the community and is in need of donations. The pantry is accepting donations dry or canned dog or cat food, kitty litter, leashes, collars, shampoo, treats, toys and other miscellaneous pet items.

All donations can be dropped off at Orland Township, 14807 S. Ravinia Ave., Orland Park, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“The Pet Pantry helps residents who are struggling financially to keep their pets,” said Supervisor Paul O’Grady. “A pet is a part of the family.  By providing food and supplies through Crashy’s Closet, we can help keep families together.”

The Pet Pantry, in conjunction with the Food Pantry, is available for residents Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information and guidelines, please call Orland Township at (708)403-4222.
