Red Mango Holding Grand Opening Saturday in Orland Park

Red Mango, a national frozen yogurt and smoothie specialty store, will hold a grand opening for its Orland Park location on Saturday.

Located at 31 Orland Square Drive, the store will provide samples of its flavored frozen yogurt and toppings throughout the day. The first 100 people to arrive will win free tshirts, according to a release from the store.

Red Mango founder Dan Kim will also attend the opening along with owners Jeff and Trisha Fendt.

The store opens at 11 a.m. on Saturdays. Regular hours are Sunday to Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m., and Friday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m.

Here are examples of what the store will be offering, according to the release.

• All-natural, nonfat and low fat yogurt
• Yogurt fortified with beneficial live and active probiotic cultures to support the immune and digestive systems when consumed as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle
• Gluten-free yogurt
• Kosher yogurt, and most smoothies are Kosher as well
• Fresh fruit and other sweet topping options
• Each serving of frozen yogurt is around 100 calories
• Club Mango® customer loyalty program

A sampling of some of the frozen yogurt flavors that will be offered at the Orland Park location include sweet and creamy flavors like Peanut Butter, Cake Batter, Vanilla Bean and tart and tangy flavors like Original, Mango, Raspberry, Pomegranate and Coconut.  Customers can garnish their yogurt with healthy, natural toppings including fresh fruit, nuts and granola as well as fun and sweeter options like chocolate rocks and sour worms.
