JC Penny Retail Theft, Outstanding Warrant Arrests: Blotter

Outstanding Warrant
Patrick S. Steagerman, 46, of the 14200 block of Terry Drive, Orland Park, was arrested on an outstanding Cook County warrant, according to a report. He was picked up at about 7:51 p.m. at his home.

Retail Theft From JC Penny
Deborah B. Stone, 39, of the 900 block of 194th Street, Chicago, and Tammi M. Propst, 32, of the first block of Cedar, Park Forest, were charged with retail theft, according to a report. They are accused of stealing $310 worth of clothing from JC Penny, 3 Orland Square Dr.
Outstanding DuPage County Warrant
Arthur A. Bonebrake, 44, of the 15200 block of La Reina Real, Orland Park, was arrested on an outstanding DuPage County warrant for theft, according to a report. Police were at his apartment for an unrelated matter at about 8:21 .m. and conducted a background check with Bonebrake’s consent.

MONDAY, MARCH 25
Catalytic Converter Theft
Nicolas Orbeck, 31, and Philip John Orbeck, 28, both of the 7700 block of West 81st Street, Bridgeview, were charged with theft, according to a report. The pair are accused of trying to steal a catalytic converter at about 4:36 p.m. in the 10300 block of West 159th Street.
