FRIDAY, SEPT. 16
Cement Walk
Police were called to the 14300 block of LaGrange Road about suspicious people around 3 p.m. Officers were told that two men were walking through freshly paved cement, according to the report. When construction workers told them to get off, one man cursed at the workers while the other showed his middle finger, police said. Carlos E. Martinez, 29, and Cristian Cute, 19, both of the 15800 block of Orlan Brook Drive in Orland Park, were each cited with disorderly conduct.
Warrant Arrest
Dagoberto Ramirez, 19, of the 15000 block of Castlebar Lane in Orland Park, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for consumption of alcohol by a minor. He posted bail and was released.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 14
Bag Fill
Police were called about a retail theft at a department store in Orland Square Mall around 5:40 p.m. A woman was seen by security taking clothing and placing them in a cloth bag before going into a dressing, according to the report. When she left the dressing room, her bag was full of merchandise and she left the store without paying, police said. The merchandise is worth $821.82, according to the report. Robin L. Prebe, 51, of the 9500 block of Major Avenue in Oak Lawn, was charged with felony retail theft.

Police were called about a retail theft at a store in the 100 block of Orland Park Place around 3:45 p.m. A woman was seen by security taking two display tote bags, filling those bags with merchandise and leaving the store without paying, police said. The woman then returned to the store with another woman and they both began filling the same tote bags with more store merchandise, police said. Kamille C. Green, 23, of the 300 block of Winnebago Drive in Park Forest, and Shaundrea C. Davis, 23, of the 100 block of Hemlock Road in Park Forest, were each charged with retail theft.
