Teenage Flasher Exposes Himself to Orland Park Woman

A teenage boy exposed himself to an Orland Park woman.

The boy, who appeared to be about 14 or 15, was striding along the walking trails near 140th Street and Clearview Drive. He walked up to a woman, said, "Hi," and then moved along.

But the teen then turned around and "approached (the woman) with his genitals exposed," police said.

After flashing the woman, the boy ran off. Police said he was about 5-foot-7 and 145 pounds. He was wearing red shorts and a white T-shirt with red lettering.
