Assisted Living Facility One Step Closer to Coming to Orland Park

The facility would be run by Heritage, and would offer assisted living and memory care units.

An assisted living facility received early approval for its Orland Park location.

The Orland Park Plan Commision last week sent forward to village board with recommendation for approval Parkview Senior Housing. The campus would include a three-story brick assisted living facility, along with a one-story, "townhouse-style" memory care unit, Chicago Tribune reports. It would be built near Parkview Christian Church, on 183rd Street in Orland Park.

The buildings would offer 76 studio, one- and two-bedroom units.

The project still requires final approval from the village board.
