How Will Obamacare Affect You?

Local state legislators will be hosting two forums Tuesday on the Affordable Care Act to let residents and area business owners know how the new laws will affect them.

State Rep. Fran Hurley (D-Chicago), along with State Rep. Kelly Burke, (D-Evergreen Park) and State Sen. Bill Cunningham (D-Chicago) will be hosting the forums Tuesday at the Worth Township Hall, 11601 S. Pulaski Rd. in Alsip.

“The goal of hosting this event is to make sure residents and business owners understand the law as the enrollment process begins and have the opportunity to obtain the best health care coverage for them,” Hurley said in a release. “I invite all residents to attend, ask questions and receive any assistance they may need.”
